It's Still Tall Boot Season
I know…the holidays are over, and the new year and decade is upon us. Work and school is back in progress, and we're all trying to settle back into our routines. The struggle is real. January has never been my favorite month, as it's long, rather uneventful and bitterly cold.
The one thing that a SNOBTIMIST can appreciate about January though is the end of the season sales. Great deals can be had on a number of classic, high-end Winter pieces that are traditionally very expensive at regular price. And while we might enjoy getting a peak at the breezy looks and soft color palette of new Spring offerings, Winter will continue to stick around for at least a few more months.
My personal coping strategy is to make the best of the season by wearing my favorite tall boots until the weather breaks. We should all take solace in the fact that we can still look smokin’ hot in below zero weather. If you didn’t take the leap to get one (or two) sexy tall boot style(s) earlier in the season, it’s not too late. Better hurry though, because at these prices they will go fast.
